Subsea College of Project Execution (SCOPE)
The SCOPE program is our best-in-class professional development program designated to create the best-trained and performing project management teams in the industry. The program is designed to address the learning and development needs of all roles involved in the execution of a project. With a PMI® aligned curriculum that includes over 30 courses as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification program, SCOPE equips our project teams with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform at a superior level.
Training on Cameron products and how to service those products is provided by each of our businesses. New and existing employees may experience that training through e-learning, instructor-led classes and on-the-job training.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
All plant employees receive HSE training appropriate to their roles. Additionally, production employees are assigned a mentor during the onboarding period.
Lean Six Sigma
The Enterprise Excellence initiative encourages all Cameron employees to incorporate the three Cs – Cost Reduction, Cycle Time Improvement and Customer Satisfaction – into their business objectives and daily work activities. To support this, Cameron offers Green Belt and Black Belt certification as well as process improvement classroom courses.
