Cameron’s Military Community Service & Outreach group provides the opportunity for employees to give back to their local veteran community. Our organization is proud to lead and participate in community projects ranging from home makeovers, 5K fund-raising events, and presentations to help veterans transition into workforce environments. With more than 350 participants making up Cameron’s Veteran Excellence Team (VET), we continue to serve our country by dedicating time and knowledge for the betterment of the veteran community.
Cameron’s Career Development & Mentorship team aims to present new hires a welcoming sense of acceptance and accessibility. Our onboarding process pairs newly hired veterans with tenured veteran mentors who serve to provide support during the acclimation period, in addition to helping navigate one’s career within the organization. Quarterly presentations are also held for veteran new hires to offer professional tips geared toward career development.
