The category managers are aligned to global multi-site vendors to steer strategic growth, coordinate improvements and standardization across multi-sites through improving demand management, supplier controls, and sharing knowledge across OneSubsea and the wider supply chain.
Our supply chain management experts work along with the plant procurement and key stakeholders to reduce risk in the supply chain and collaborate on innovative projects to increase the overall value from the supply base.
